Are you interested in presenting at the 2026 NNEAPPA Conference? We invite you to submit your presentation proposal by December 1, 2025 for consideration.
📅Event Date: March 4 – 6, 2026
📍Location: Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, NH
Who Attends:
Approximately 300 educational facilities professionals and business partners from across New England, including Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.
Session Format:
Educational sessions are typically 60 minutes long and should include time for audience Q&A.
Suggested Topics & Areas of Interest
Today’s facility managers are balancing high expectations with increasingly fast-paced demands. From project completion to staff planning and creating safe, healthy environments—our members face rapidly evolving challenges. We’re looking for presentations that reflect these realities and help attendees stay informed, connected, and prepared.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
• Maintenance & Skilled Trades (e.g., HVAC, Electrical)
• Custodial / Grounds
• Administration, Staffing, HR & Leadership
• Capital Construction & Planning
We encourage submissions that highlight innovative ideas, practical solutions, and collaborative efforts between educational institutions and business partners.
Selection Criteria
Proposals will be reviewed by the Professional Development Committee and evaluated based on:
• Relevance to facilities management and conference themes
• Timeliness of topic
• Presenter qualifications
• Overall presentation quality
• Innovation and originality
Presentations from both member institutions and business partners are welcome. Joint presentations showcasing successful partnerships are highly encouraged.
Continuing Education Credits
NNEAPPA is a registered AIA/CES provider. If your session qualifies for continuing education credits (e.g., AIA, LEED), please indicate this in your submission. Checkboxes are available to confirm if your session is already approved or if you would like to work with the committee to obtain credits.
Submission Requirements
Please include the following with your proposal:
• Primary contact information (if different from the presenter)
• Clearly defined learning outcomes
